These terms govern your use of the products and services provided by Metamersist Technologies. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our apps or websites, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including posting false or unlawful listings, harassing other users, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Marketplace and transactions

Our marketplace is a lead-generation platform that connects buyers and sellers. Metamersist is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, sell, inspect or guarantee any animals, goods or services listed. All deals, payments, inspections and deliveries are arranged directly between the buyer and the seller.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that listings are accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metamersist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of transactions between users, arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
