Shivaar is a marketplace for everything farming — seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment and more from verified agri-companies. It is built by Metamersist Technologies, a company building trustworthy technology for Indian farmers, including a livestock super-app and other tools.

Yes. Downloading and using the FarmerApp livestock super-app is free. You can browse listings, place bids and explore vets and transport at no cost. There are no platform fees on direct deals between buyers and sellers.

Install the app, create an account and complete your profile. To sell, create a listing with photos, breed, age and your asking price. To buy, browse or search nearby listings, then reveal the seller's contact details and reach out directly. Some listings are sold through timed auctions where you place bids.

The app includes a directory of veterinarians. You can find a vet near you, view their details and contact them for a consultation. This connects you directly with qualified professionals for advice on animal health and care.

After agreeing on a deal, you can find and book transport providers through the app to move animals safely. Metamersist helps connect you with transporters; the arrangement and payment are made directly with the provider.

Open the listing in the app and tap to reveal the seller's contact details, then call or message them directly. To do this you'll need to be logged in. Get the app to connect with sellers — there are no middlemen in between.

We verify agri-companies and sellers and show transparent pricing so you can deal with confidence. That said, always meet, inspect animals or goods, and confirm details before paying. Metamersist provides the platform that connects buyers and sellers and is not a party to the transaction itself.
