Delete your account

You can delete your FarmerApp (livestock app) account at any time. There are two ways to request deletion.

Option 1 — Delete in-app

Open the app and go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, then follow the prompts to confirm. This is the fastest way to remove your account.

Option 2 — Email us

Send an email to support@metamersist.com from your registered email, including the phone number registered with your account so we can verify your identity, and we will process the deletion for you.

What data is removed

When your account is deleted, we remove your personal data, including your profile information, registered phone number, and your listings and bids. This action cannot be undone.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes, after which they are securely deleted.
